Syrup waffles

Mix the flour with the sugar in a bowl. Make a dimple in the middle and Put the other ingredients in there. Stir in the flour little by little until a nice dough arises. Add some water drop by drop if the dough is too dry. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film. Let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. Turn it into balls the size of a big walnut. Fry the syrup waffles with a electric 'kneepad' iron (oublie horn iron) until they are nicely brown. Let them cool a little and stick two waffles together.

INGREDIENTS

250 G FLOWER

100 G SUGAR

100 G BUTTER, VERY SOFT

1 EGG KNOCKED LOOSE

SNOWY SALT

SNOWY POWDERED CINNAMON
